I was again a little nervous this week. I felt like I stepped up the workout, but missing out on a scheduled workout Friday had me worried. Couple that with the fact that being absolutely rigid about diet will eventually make you crack. I splurged very little, and feel like maybe this week's number might have been a little bigger if I hadn't indulged that little bit. Can't beat myself up over it though. No one's perfect. Just try your hardest. That's what got me a 5 pound weight loss this week!
