    There is some inherent anxiety in stepping onto a scale to track weight loss. Did I only break even, or worse, gain? There were to be no worries this week. I lost 8 pounds!

    Here are my results so far :
    Week 1 - 315 lbs.
    Week 2 - 307 lbs.
